International shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process and depend on the country and weight. Usually, there are two ways on your choice at checkout:

1) Economy shipping 14 to 21 business days 

Shipping by DHL Global Mail - it is more like postal shipping, and different from DHL courier. DHL Globalmail picks up your order from seller's warehouse, sorts it, applies the necessary postage, and handles the order until it reaches your country. Once the order arrives in your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL Globalmail. 

2) USPS Priority International 6 to 10 business days

Priority Mail International® service is a reliable, cost-effective way to send products to more than 190 countries. Priority Mail International offers outstanding value.

3) FedEx International Economy (for Australia only) 5 to 7 business days

The fast and reliable way from a well-known company.

COVID-19

Due to circumstances surrounding Covid-19, there are Airfreight/Capacity issues that are causing significant delays in transport, processing, and delivery in the destination country.

Order delays can take up to 30 days - in Europe;

up to 40 days - in Asia;

up to 60 days - in Australia

Customs fees

For some countries, duties and taxes may be due. In this case, customs fees must be paid by the buyer.

Additional information for wholesalers 

For wholesale orders, the final price can be adjusted. For wholesale orders, the final shipping cost may differ depending on various factors. The store can send an additional invoice or change the shipping cost if there are additional costs for transportation and packaging to your country.
